SPEEDY SAUSAGE ROLL RECIPE
375g pack of ready rolled puff pastry
Approx 3 tablespoons of Mustard Mary wholegrain mustard with honey or chilli
1 roll of sausage meat from your local butchers
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 220°c/200°c fan/Gas 7
Unroll pastry on a floured surface, cut into 3 long strips and roll each one out thinner
Cut sausage meat into 3 pieces and roll out on a floured surface until they are the same length as the pastry
Spread 1 tablespoon of Mustard Mary wholegrain mustard with honey or chilli onto each oblong of pastry
Fold over and pinch
Brush with beaten egg
Bake for approx 20 mins until pastry is golden
SALMON AND MUSTARD
Skinless salmon fillets
Approx 1 tablespoon of Mustard Mary wholegrain mustard with honey or chilli per fillet
Lettice leaves
Preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan/Gas 4
Arrange salmon fillets on kitchen foil
Spread Mustard Mary wholegrain mustard with honey or chilli over surface
Wrap up so is sealed in the foil
Cook in oven for approximately 12 mins or until the flesh flakes easily with a fork
Serve on a bed of salad leaves
